With three decades of experience in diverse sectors, including hospitality, entrepreneurship, women’s leadership, and corporate social responsibility, Zina has enriched countless lives with her invaluable knowledge and hands-on experiences. She has graced prestigious conferences in locations like UAE, India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Poland, to name a few.

Armed with an undergraduate degree in Business and Marketing, a master’s degree in International Relations, and a PhD in Business with a focus on leadership, Zina’s pedagogical approach is a testament to her innovative spirit. Soula Kyriakou

With a profound passion for learning and an unparalleled drive to explore diverse cultures, Soula has been embracing a world without boundaries since day one. From her early days in Lebanon to her educational journey in France, Soula has truly cultivated a global perspective.

As the co-founder and President of the International Executive School (IES), Soula envisions a global community. At IES, she doesn’t just see students; she sees potential and dreams. With an interest in multicultural management, international marketing, and the art of effective communication, Soula’s classroom is not just a space for instruction; it serves as a platform for mutual learning. She sees every interaction and shared idea as a gateway to knowledge and growth.

With a decade of experience, mostly in the marketing sector, Soula has worn multiple hats in renowned corporations like P&G, Nestlé, and BAT. Professor Anthony Jude Tan

Founder & Managing Director, AJT Wellity Asia

Anthony Jude Tan has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and wellness industry. He is the founder of AJT Wellity Asia, which specializes in Medical Wellness Service consulting and management. He has held
various executive positions in the healthcare and wellness industry, including COO of TRIA Integrative Wellness and CEO of Vitallife Wellness Center.

He has been appointed chief advisor and lead consultant for the iRETREAT Wellness Meditation Destinations and Managing Director of Siam iRETREAT. He is a sought-after speaker and thought leader in the healthcare, wellness, hospitality, and real estate market. He has received various awards and recognitions for his contributions to the healthcare sector.

Professor Yussef Zgheib

PhD in International Hospitality Management – University of Strathclyde, Scotland
Visiting Professor of Leadership and Negotiation at IES – France
Former Visiting Professor at the Bordeaux Graduate School of Management (now KEDGE) – France

Dr. Yussef Zgheib is an Associate Professor of leadership, strategic management, and negotiation at Notre Dame University in Lebanon and a visiting professor at IES, where he teaches leadership and negotiation. He holds a Ph.D. in International Hospitality Management and is a certified negotiator with specialized diplomas in mediation and coaching.

He provides consultancy and workshops to multinational firms in the Middle East, including prestigious firms such as Etisalat, Siemens, and L’Oreal. Before academia, he held executive managerial positions in the financial services industry and has also been involved in pro-bono public professional involvements. This includes being an advisor to the Minister of Tourism in Lebanon and an executive board member of the NCTL National Council for Tourism. Additionally, he has a successful track record of effective engagement and executive responsibilities at social and cultural non-profit organizations.

Professor Madonna Ghanem

Spa and Wellness Consultant
MBA Graduate from UMSL, USA

Professor Madonna Ghanem is a credible figure with over a decade of experience in Spa and Wellness Management and Business Consultancy. Throughout her career, she has worked with numerous spas and wellness resorts, overseeing diverse teams that are dedicated to promoting gender equality within the industry.

Currently, she is the Spa Director for a prominent chain of spas in the GCC as well as a lecturer at IES, offering a spa and wellness management course.

Ghanem holds an impressive academic background, including a Business Management degree from the University of Tasmania and an MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is also an IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Known for her proactive approach, Professor Ghanem strives to share her unique experiences and knowledge to empower the youth in highly competitive environments.

Professor Emeline Donjon

Founder of an ad agency – C’est Qui Maurice

As a dynamic professional, Professor Emeline Donjon has a deep passion for ethics, society, and management. She holds two Master’s degrees — the first in Ethics and Society and the second in Management. As the founder of the ad agency “C’est qui Maurice?”, she has played a key role in crafting innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.

She is also the President of Digital CHR Lab. Throughout the course of her career, she has been invited to share her expertise as a speaker at esteemed institutions such as ISCOM Strasbourg, BTS ECP Strasbourg, ESMG, and Pigier Création. Prior to these ventures, she was a Brand Manager at Hager France, where she executed successful marketing strategies.

Professor Christophe Nonnenmacher

With an impressive academic background, Professor Christophe Nonnenmacher has attained two Master’s degrees, the first in Law Studies from the University of Strasbourg, France, and the second in Politics & International Relations from Paris I Sorbonne, France.

As a former student at the Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand and CFJA – Universität des Saarlandes in Germany, he has gained a deep understanding of legal and political systems.

He is currently the director of Pôle Européen D’Administration Publique (PEAP) in Strasbourg, France.

Professor Caroline Levy

As the Director of Public Relations at Conseil Départemental du Bas-Rhin and a Master’s graduate in Marketing from ISEG Strasbourg, France, Professor Caroline Levy brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is also the co-founder and host of “Les Grandes Girls” on Top Music, a show that takes a lighthearted approach to feminism.

Professor Renaud Scheyen

Professor Renaud Scheyen is an academic and industry professional with a wealth of experience in brand communication and media management. He holds two Master’s degrees — the first in Brand Communication and the second in Media Management.

Prior to academia, he was a web producer at Eurosport, a project manager at L’Equipe, and a project director at Agence Studio Meta. He is currently the Product Owner of Sportyma, an application that brings together all the necessary career management tools for football players and management for clubs.

His expertise has been recognized, having been invited to speak at esteemed institutions such as the Toulouse Business School in France.

Professor Franz-Xaver Rattenstetter

Hospitality Consultant – Düsseldorf, Germany
IES Board Member – Strasbourg, France

Having graduated from Hotel Management School Tegernsee, Germany, and HOSPRA (Hotel Management and Foreign Languages) in Leysin, Switzerland, Professor Rattenstetter has over 40 years of experience in the international hotel and hospitality business, with 30 years in senior positions.

Throughout the course of his career, his focus was directed on the Rooms Division and Sales & Marketing aspects of the industry. Notably, he served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Intercontinental Hotel in Frankfurt and Nikko Hotels in Düsseldorf for a combined total of 12 years. He has also worked with the Intercontinental Hotels group, where he held the position of General Manager for 15 years.

He is an integral part of the IES educational team, specifically in the hospitality department. With his experience, he hopes to guide and motivate young people to join the hospitality industry and assist them in the development of their careers in this field.

Professor Gisèle Szczyglak

President and founder of WLC Partners (HR consultancy)
President and co-founder of Open Mentoring Network (NGO)

Gisèle Szczyglak is a philosopher, entrepreneur, and executive coach. As the founder of WLC Partners and Open Mentoring Network, she is an expert in mentoring, leadership, diversity, networks, and organizational transformation. She has worked with executives, senior civil servants, leaders, managers, and teams from different countries.

She is also a regular speaker in seminars and conferences on women’s leadership, diversity, and inclusion issues. Gisèle has published several books, including “Subversives: the subtle art of never being where you are expected to be” and “Mentoring for Dummies in 50 Key Concepts.” She practices “feminist diplomacy” in Brazil as a recognized representative of French public policies on equality.

Professor Paul G. Morcos

Attorney at Law & Legal Consultant

Dr. Paul G. Morcos is a legal professional and academic with over two decades of experience in law, human rights, and development. In 2008, he founded JusticiaBeirutConsult Law Offices in Beirut. He served as a Legal Consultant at the Union of Arab Banks from 2013 to 2018 and has been a Legal Consultant at the Bank of Beirut and the Arab Countries Bank (BBAC) since 2001. Dr. Morcos also worked as a Legal Consultant at Byblos Bank from 1998 to 2001.

As for his work in academia, Dr. Morcos has been a respected lecturer and professor at various universities in Beirut. Since 2011, he has been a lecturer of Banking Law at Saint Joseph University. He has also taught Lebanese and U.S. Business Law at the American University of Beirut from 2007 to 2013, and various courses on D.E.S.S., human rights, and corporate law at other universities in Beirut.

Beyond his professional and academic work, Dr. Morcos is the president and founder of the Justicia Foundation for Development & Human Rights. He has been involved in several projects funded by international organizations like the European Union, UNDP, and the World Bank.

Dr. Morcos has published multiple studies that focus on legal, economic, banking, and cultural topics. He has also drafted reports for the Lebanese parliament on the implementation of disability law 220/2000 and a comparative study on custody rules for children in Lebanon (2019).

Professor Adama Ndjol Kouyaté

Adama Ndjol Kouyaté is a diverse academic whose professional journey encompasses various roles, including Culture Design Facilitator, Philanthropy & Development Expert, and Life & Mindfulness Coach.

She is the visionary founder and principal of two management consulting agencies, namely AnKOR Advisors LLC and Farafina Consulting. Through her work, she has had the privilege of collaborating with female leaders, senior executives, government agencies, and business owners.

Having occupied numerous high-level positions in philanthropy and the private sector across America, Africa, and Europe, Adama brings a wealth of international experience to her work.

Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in international business management at the International School of Management (ISM) in Paris, France.

Professor Emmanuel Dupuy

President of the Institute for European Perspective and Security Studies (IPSE)

Emmanuel Dupuy is the President of the Institute for European Perspective and Security Studies (IPSE), a think tank focused on track two diplomacy and strategic prospective analysis with offices in Paris, Brussels, and Rabat.

He is an Associate Professor at the Catholic University of Lille, at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) in both Paris and Strasbourg and at the South Champagne Business School (SCBS) in Troyes. He also teaches at various universities across the world, including Geneva, Switzerland and Hangzhou, China, specializing in war and security studies.

Aside from his academic work, Dupuy served as an advisor to the French Secretary of Defense and Veterans Affairs (2008-2010), and political advisor to French military forces deployed in Afghanistan (2011).

Researcher Specialist Jimmy Couzens

PhD Scholar – University of Worcester

Jimmy has over five years of experience in teaching and mentoring students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His research interests are broad but all focus on exploring and challenging normative assumptions, particularly around identity, well-being, and research methodologies, but in ways that are impactful for marginalized groups and less researched topics. Consequently, his research activity has always been diverse.
