It all began in a Project Management class led by Mrs. Madonna Ghanem, where students explored a real-world case study on Maki—a pioneering restaurant brand in Kuwait. Under her guidance and with the support of Dean Dr. Zinaida KYRIAKOU, Toufic gained deep insights into business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional teamwork.

Today, he brings these very lessons to life—proving how IES transforms academic learning into impactful career success.
